Privacy policy
Effective 26 October 2026. Applies to nadelos.com and, together with each app's own policy, to the apps made by Nadelos. Each app's own policy gives the details for that app.
What the apps collect
None of the apps requires an account, a name or an email address. What you create, such as recordings, posture scans, swing videos, vows, widgets and journals, is processed and stored on your device and never uploaded. Two apps send what an answer needs to an AI service, only after you agree in the app: Heirloom sends the photos you choose to scan, and Auguria sends the photo, question or chart details a reading is written from. Both go through our own server to Google Gemini, and our server keeps no copy. The apps also send usage events (which screens were opened, whether a feature completed or failed, the app version and device model) to Amplitude and, in most apps, to Google Analytics for Firebase, so problems can be found and fixed. These events carry a random identifier, never your name or email address, and never what you created. Each app's own policy names the services it uses, says whether it records how its screens are used, and says whether it has a switch in its Settings that turns usage analytics off.
Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold and billed by Apple. RevenueCat, our subscription management service, receives the purchase receipt and an anonymous app user identifier to confirm what you have bought. Nadelos never sees your payment details.
Advertising measurement
Some apps measure whether an install came from an advertisement. Apple's own attribution reports which Apple Ads campaign led to an install without identifying you. Apps that ask for Apple's tracking permission use your device's advertising identifier, through Google Analytics for Firebase, only if you allow it, and each app works the same way whether you allow it or not.
This website
Static pages served by a hosting provider that keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security. The site itself sets no cookie until you accept one. If you accept, a Google Ads cookie records which advertisement brought you here and whether you tapped a download button, so we can tell which advertisements are worth paying for. It does not follow you around other websites for us, and it never learns your name or your email address. Decline and no cookie is set, the pages work the same, and you can change your mind from the cookie link at the foot of any page.
Your choices
Change the website cookie choice from the cookie link at the foot of any page, withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings at any time, use the switches an app offers in its own Settings, delete an app's content by deleting the app (a copy can remain in your own iCloud or computer backup), and write to info@nadelos.com to ask what, if anything, is held about you and to have it removed.
