Who these terms are between

You and Nadelos, the studio that publishes the apps. Purchases made inside the apps are also governed by Apple's Media Services terms, since Apple is the merchant of record.

What the apps are for

The apps give you measurements and estimates to inform your own decisions. A Snore Score is not a medical diagnosis, a value range is not an appraisal, and a posture reading is not medical advice. Consult a professional where it matters.

Your Apple account

Subscriptions renew through your Apple ID until cancelled in iOS Settings. Refunds are requested from Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store for your region before you buy.

Acceptable use

Use the apps lawfully and only on devices you control. Do not record people without their consent where consent is required.

What you own and what we own

Whatever you make inside an app is yours: your recordings, your scans, your collection, your vows, your shrines. The apps themselves, their names, their designs and the Nadelos mark stay ours, and a licence to use an app is not a licence to copy it.

Delete an app and the things it kept on your device go with it. Nothing is held back somewhere else waiting to be restored, because for five of the six apps nothing was ever sent anywhere. Heirloom sends only the photos you choose for identification, then forgets them.

If something goes wrong

The apps are sold as they are. They can be interrupted by a phone call, a flat battery, full storage or an iOS change, and where an app knows a reading was interrupted it says so rather than quietly filling the gap.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and nothing here replaces the refund process Apple runs on your behalf.
